This fishing cottage renovation was designed by Lominack Kolman Smith Architects. We salvaged, surveyed and dismantled the existing structure and built a new foundation. The dismantled portion of the house was assembled and we added an addition and porches. The interior includes custom doors built from the salvaged material as well as flooring.
